Health Care Coverage

Comprehensive medical and prescription, dental, and vision coverage.

Life Insurance

Basic Life Insurance provides a benefit of 1 1/2 times annual base earnings. Optional additional, spousal, and child life insurance are also made available for purchase.

Short-Term Disability

Regular full-time employees automatically receive 26 weeks of short-term disability coverage for a qualified disability.

Long-Term Disability

Regular full-time employees automatically receive a basic level of Long-Term Disability coverage with the option to purchase supplemental coverage.

Vacation/Holiday

Employees are entitled to seven national paid holidays, two sick days and eligibility from your date of hire. Vacation accrual is based on years of service, with 5 days being the maximum per year for service under one year. After the first year, you’ll receive 5 more vacation a days for every additional year of services for a maximum of 20 days.

Retirement Investments

DaBrian Marketing Group, LLC offers a 401(k) Plan that allows you to contribute up to 50% of your pay on both a pre-and after tax basis.
